Eat for health is a 5-week course, covering: health goals, hydration, balanced meals (especially breakfasts), everyday superfoods, guilt-free desserts & snacks.

This special, no obligation taster class will cover:
- common dietary confusions
- discovering how to avoid intolerance triggers

The class will be taught by Kathryn Johnson who is a qualified nutritional adviser (Associate of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association), and raw food teacher. She shows you how to include, enjoy and maintain plant-based eating habits, and builds conﬁdence in using natural foods.
