Touch for Health is a wonderful way to rebalance energy throughout the body using accurate muscle testing (Kinesiology). This course is open to anybody wanting to take responsibility for their own health as well as that of their family.
The techniques you will learn are very safe and simple to apply and have a very practical application to our daily life.
You will learn how to alleviate the effects of stress, accidents, physical problems, fear, lack of energy and how to identify sensitivity to foodstuffs and other substances.
The skill of muscle testing will be taught and developed during all the couses.
A workbook and certificate are included in the price of the course, however, the student worksheet book is not included but is available at a cost of £25 (N.B. purchase is optional, not compulsory). Meals are not included.

Course content
Level 1: a complete unit on its own but stands as the foundation for the subsequent levels where you will be developing and deepening TFH techniques.
- Muscle testing
- Identifying and correcting energy imbalances

- Emotional stress release techniques
- Meridian energy
Level 2: [level 1 a prerequisite]
- Muscle testing
- Additional 14 muscles and their meridians
- Law of five elements + Yin & Yang
- Simple pain relief techniques
- Emotional Stress Release (ESR) techniques
- Food sensitivity testing
- Meridian massage
Level 3: [levels 1 + 2 a prerequisite]
- Muscle testing
- Additional 14 muscles and their meridians
- 5 element balance: color, reactives, goal and emotion
- ESR for past stress and trauma
- Pain tapping for chronic pain
- Balancing using food as correction
- Reactive muscles
Level 4: [levels 1 + 2 + 3 a prerequisite]
- Muscle testing
- 42 muscle balance
- Time of day balance
- Sound balance
- Acupressure holding points
- Postural analysis
- Reactive muscles review + LUO points
Touch for Health for Professionals
If you are already a healthcare professional or therapist, becoming a Touch for Health practitioner can be an extremely useful technique with which to complement your current practice.
Each level of TFH will give 15 hours of Continuing Professioinal Development (CPD)

- £190 per level (£180 if paid 4 weeks in advance) or £690 for four levels paid in advance (valid over a period of 2 years)
