This November, three of Wellforce's practising therapists are set to have work published.
Hypnotherapist Kimberley Willis saw her second book, ‘The Teen Handbook’, published on Friday 1st November by Life Dynamics Publishing. The handbook offers easy solutions to key teenage issues such as confidence, stress, anxiety, exams and sleep problems, and is available to buy or download for Kindle from Amazon.
Fellow Hypnotherapist Emma Corrigan (of Stepping Stone Hypnotherapy) will see her book ‘QuickCalm: Bringing Moments Of Calm To Busy Lives’ published on Wednesday 6th November. The book contains a series of stress management techniques that require only five minutes each – making them perfect for busy people. There is also an audio CD included with the book to make relaxation even easier. More information is available via www.quickcalm.co.uk. A free accompanying workshop is running at Wellforce on Saturday 9th November (10am-11am).
Later in the month, Abigail Barragry, who specializes in Creative and Expressive Arts, will also see her ‘Autism Arts’ drama syllabus for children with special needs published by Pavilion Publishing and Media Ltd. The syllabus is split into three volumes, and will be launched on Thursday 28th November at the Learning Disability Convention taking place at London’s Olympia Convention Centre.
Speaking of the three publications, Wellforce Practice Manager Juliet White said: “We are all very proud of our therapists and their achievements. It really shows that Wellforce is the home of so much expertise & experience here in Sheffield”.
All three publications will be available from Wellforce. Private appointments with the three therapists are also available via this website, by contacting email@example.com or by calling 0114 276 9500.
