Having studied in Canberra, Australia under some of the best Remedial, Therapeutic and Sports Trainers and Therapists in the country, I have a holistic approach to my work - not only looking at the main area of pain or discomfort, but understanding how the muscles work together and affect the body overall. My work always has a relaxation element as I believe it's important that even after a deep tissue session you should leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
