I have spent more than 15 years using creative and expressive arts as a tool to teach, heal and empower. With the integration of various psychological techniques, my work as a therapist and coach has led to extensive work worldwide. In particular I use CBT, mindfulness and creative approaches to support children and adults to reflect on how to process difficulties and how best to move forward.
All of my work is person-centred, and therapeutic work is tailored to the individual depending on personal needs and goals. I emphasise work on relationships, both with yourself and significant others. My sessions aim to give you the tools you need to manage difficult times, gain more self-awareness, and to make positive choices to fulfill your potential. I believe in finding the right way for you to connect the physical body with the mind, to enhance understanding and gain a deeper awareness, acceptance and control.
I particularly welcome children and teenagers, who make up an ever increasing part of my case-load.

Hi Abi, just got back today from the most amazing 3 months in America! Working at camp was the happiest I've been in as long as I can remember and I went travelling for a month too, the last part alone. I've made some friends for life, learnt to show my emotions and cry in front of people and also learnt that I can do anything in life that I want to. Don't think I could've tackled this without your previous help so thank you so much for everything! Alice x
