About Frances Goodall
I offer a range of therapies which can be helpful for a number of conditions and issues, such as back pain, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, relationship problems and losing weight. I also aim to assist you to maintain your health and discover your natural peace of mind.
I had ME/CFS for five years which led me to Alternative Medicine to assist me in making a full recovery. I have been fully well for the past 5 years, and began training in Bowen 6 years ago now. I set up in practice once qualified and during that time I have been adding to my expertise. I now specialise in helping people with ME/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and Fibromyalgia to make a recovery. I am a coach with Ashok Gupta who has a recovery programme that he sells throughout the world, and through this have expanded my work beyond Sheffield and now work nationally and internationally via Skype and telephone. I still love to see people face to face as well, and after meeting Helena Oades, a Nutritonal Therapist in Sheffield, a few years ago we began working collaboratively from Wellforce.
I also have a lot of experience with helping people with back and neck pain, sports injuries and other muscular skeletal problems with Bowen and Emmett. Sometimes one particular therapy can be very helpful in treating a particular condition or set of symptoms, other times a combination of several therapies works better.
