About Gyan Tyagi
I have been a holistic massage practitioner for some twenty years and have more recently trained with Carrie Rowell, the world- renowned teacher of Hawaiian ( Lomilomi) massage.
I originally trained as a pharmacist, and worked in the NHS for many years both in hospitals and in the community. This has given me a knowledge of medical ailments and their conventional treatment approaches which has proved invaluable in enabling me to work with other health professionals.
My interest in health and healing also led me to train in herbalism with Michael Tierra, using Chinese medical diagnosis and herbs from around the world.
I am a fully-qualified Embodied-Relational Psychotherapist, and work as a counsellor and therapist in private practice.
I see Massage as a wonderful and enjoyable way to facilitate the healing process. Hawaiian Massage has impressed me with its ability to encompass a balance of Mind, Body and Spirit, and I am delighted to be offering this wonderful transformative form of massage.
