I originally trained in Zen Shiatsu and Therapeutic Massage in the 1980s and had a private practice in Sheffield. During the past 14 years I have been living and working in New Zealand, where I was also involved in home-educating my son, and have recently returned to Sheffield. Over the past 10 years, I have completed further trainings in Craniosacral Therapy and Polarity and I combine all these skills within a Polarity framework to create a safe, supportive, healing and relaxing session. I think it is important that, we feel empowered to help ourselves and I like to recommend simple self-help practices to clients. At present, I am training in Qi Kung.
I am fascinated by how healing happens when we create beneficial conditions and bring awareness to ourselves. I find it amazing to feel the energy move and the body changing and becoming under my hands.
