My interest in body work developed from my background in professional dance training. Throughout my training I came into contact with different injuries and physical stressors which in turn lead me to experiment with complimentary therapies and this is where I found my love for massage therapy and the wonderful healing benefits that it can offer.
My massage sessions are bespoke to each individual, taking into account their physical and emotional wellbeing and are carried out in a safe and caring environment. I am experienced working with clients who require massage purely for the purposes of releasing fatigued and aching muscles through to others who require a more sensitive approach and who may be suffering from different medical conditions.
