My name is Vanessa and I have been qualified in psychotherapy since 1998. I aim to offer a safe space to explore the issues that have brought you to psychotherapy.
I have a deep respect for the individual and bring empathic skills to my work as a homeopath, alongside the latest developments within this holistic form of treatment.
I believe my role as an experienced counsellor is to work with people who are experiencing life difficulties, in a helpful and compassionate process of understanding and self-discovery.
My specific interest is Reflexology and working with clients who are trying to conceive a baby, either naturally or assisted. Reflexology can be used through the whole process of trying to conceive, including the preparation time for IVF, ICSI or IUI treatments.
Over 25 years ago, a course of Acupuncture lifted my spirit when I had lost all hope. This changed my life and set me on the path to studying holistic therapies, with the desire to help bring hope to those finding themselves in a similar place.
I am experienced in diagnosis and forming support plans for adults with Autism (formerly known as Asperger Syndrome). I have a passion for working with autistic adults and work in a person-centred psychologically-informed manner.
I have a genuine desire to help people achieve the freedom of optimum health and happiness. I offer a range of therapies that complement each other. I am particularly passionate about Bowen Therapy and Scar Tissue Release – I have seen so many amazing results to know how powerful these therapies can be.
I really enjoy treating adults and children from different walks of life. I find my work very interesting and rewarding. It’s lovely to see patients looking and feeling so much better.

The original Wellforce therapy rooms (28 Wilkinson St, Broomhall, Sheffield S10 2GB) sadly closed during the Covid pandemic. However, as many of the therapists saw the value in the site in terms of generating new customers, a new site was created to support therapists.
The idea behind this site is that we’re stronger together. The idea of having to have your own website (along with all the associated headaches) is not something many people relish, so this directory website was created to support the therapists.
The Wellforce therapists now have a listing and mini-site that indexes very well within the major search engines at a fraction of the cost of having their own site.
If you’re a therapist and looking for a low-cost, high-value alternative to having to maintain and manage your own website, get in touch.
The Wellforce brand is trusted and recognised in the wider Sheffield region
